COVID-19 : Report your situation

Information collected through this form is intended to provide staff and students with guidance and to ensure appropriate measures are taken  in the current health situation.   

 For more information on the management of your personal data, please refer to the data policy below.

The legal basis of the processing consists in the performance of a task carried out in the public interest. The data collected are intended excusively for our services:  

When staff-related, the Human Resources Department and the SMUT (University medical service) When student-related, the DFVU (Direction de la Formation et de la Vie Universitaire) and the SSE (Student Health service). The data will be destroyed once the epidemic is over.   

According to the data protection act of January 6th, 1978, you benefit from the right to access and require rectification of the personal information that has been collected about you. If you wish to enforce this right or wish to get any information regarding how your data is proceeded, you can contact the Data Protection Officer of Université de Rennes 1 at the following email adress: dpo@univ-rennes1.fr, or via our Support Ticket Center, in the RGPD – CNIL category.

If you consider, after contacting us, that your rights concerning the processing of your data haven’t been respected or that this processing does not comply with data protection rules, you can send a complaint to the CNIL.

This questionnaire is intended for students and staff of Université de Rennes 1 concerned by the preventive measures taken by our university in the context of the fight against the spread of Covid19. It allows you to inform the university services so that the institution can take the best measures to fight against the epidemic.

Beware that the completeness of this test does not stand for a medical advice , if you have any doubts about your condition, please contact your general practitioner.

Definition of a risky contact case (Santé Publique France 07/05/20)

Anyone who has been directly exposed to a confirmed case, in one of the following situations, without efficient protective measure (surgical facemask worn by the confirmed case or the contact case, facemask for general public worne by both, hygiaphon or any other physical separation  (window or Plexiglas)

Student or teacher of the same group or classroom (without wearing facemasks)

Student, teacher or staff

  •     Who has lived in the same household  as a confirmed case
  •     Who have had a direct, face-to-face contact, within 1 metre of a confirmed   COVID-19 case, no matter how long (e.g: conversation, meal, kissing, hugging)
  •     Who has provided direct care for confirmed cases without using proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
  •     Who has shared a confined space (office or meeting room, vehicule...) for at least 15 minutes with a confirmed case, or remained face-to-face while coughing or sneezing.

Contact case with negligeable risk
•    Every other situation of contact
•    When the protective gestures have been applied, and both persons were wearing facemasks
•   It is not necessary to take any specific measure of isolation for people living in the same household as contact cases
•    Short interractions in public spaces are not considered as risky situations
•   A person that has been a COVID19 confirmed case who has recovered
